After the changes from season start, when "contract revolution" made the team focus on young riders, with two biggest stars Herman Eagles and Kasper Czechowski departing, Bywater CT squad is taking new shape. The team, as usual, employs a full roster strategy, with 22 riders under contract nearly all the time. Most of those contracts are short-term deals with very young riders. Any such rider, provided he is backed by a local sponsor, can get on the team for a month. Everyone is happy - rider can try to boost his career by participating in some high level events, sponsor gets media coverage, Bywater CT earns some money, rinses and repeats.
With the team owning best bikes in the world and hiring top level staff, all those money can be spent on improving the important riders, ones on long contracts. Currently this part of the team is six people, with average age 26, so each of them has a lot of time ahead. All of them are on top of their skills and the team will be looking for a new talented rider soon. But now it's time to introduce current stars.
Godfried Veldhuis (Netherlands). 24yo, strong on climbing, both big mountains and small hills. Strong also on flat roads and against the wind, which makes him a captain for any tour we may ride. 8 months on the team, 66 races, 3 results. Biggest success: 2nd in Top Division Kasseler Hugel, season 20.
August Eloffson (Sweden), 28yo. Time trial specialist, perfect wind breaker, bane of all breakaways. Over a year on the team, 107 races, 6 results. Biggest success: 3rd in Germany Tour ITT, season 19.
Valdis Altraja (Estonia), 27yo. Under contract for two days, didn't race for the team so far. Biggest success: win in Bali Classic (Division 6), for Navarone Cycling Team, season 19.
Johan Geers (Netherlands), 28yo. Hillsprinter, perfect for stages of medium difficulty. After spending many years in various teams that could not use his talent, he got his change in Bywater. 6 months on the team, 38 races, 2 results. Biggest success: win in Mullagh-Dublin, season 20.
Maximo Barone (Italy), 25yo. Climber, helper at all mountain stages, rarely allowed to go for his own result. 3 months on the team, 26 races, no significant results.
Kelvin Riviere (France), 24yo. Strong in the mountain, both uphill and downhill. Recently finished his series of training camps. Didn't fulfill hopes team management had about him and will probably join Barone in team mates department, getting his own chance from time to time. One month on the team, 5 races, no results.

I just use a google spreadsheet, easy to access from where ever you are.
That's a lot of money... I don't have the figures that detailed. I'm not dp trading anymore.
BTW, I'm on my home PC now and OCM spreadsheet is up to date, it says that since my team was created I earned $1.977.320 on DP trading, a bit more than $1.916.500 my team won as race prizes :)
I usually do. But during summer, when I travel a lot and use various random computers to play OCM, it's easier to store data here and copy to excel whenever I'm on my home PC :)
